RFID Tag for Assets management

With the increase in the demand for the development of modern enterprises, production-oriented enterprises for plant equipment 24 hours of normal operation and production workshop safety requirements are getting higher and higher. It is understood that the national manufacturing industry every year due to careless inspection, plant equipment damage, and the surrounding environmental security risks, would be a huge loss for the company.

Bar code patrol function gradually declining In recent years
Most of the production enterprises of the factory inspection work is based on bar code technology. although this inspection method compared to many convenient manual inspection, but its drawbacks are increasingly apparent.
First, the inspectors can collect the bar code ID number by a scanner, but the bar code label perennial under natural conditions will be worn or dirty, so that can not be read any more. Second, the bar code is easy to be copied, can not effectively guarantee the location of the equipment inspectors; Third, if the occurrence of equipment is moving the situation, you can not notify the device in real time. The above-mentioned corporate property and loss of life will be immeasurable.
Inspection method based on bar code label RFID solutions are more stable and secure.
In view of the current bar code label inspection methods there are many drawbacks, RFID Tag become more popular for assets tracking
Compared to bar code, RFID tag for the information recognition and reading more convenient, adaptable to complex environments. Enterprise inspectors through the RFID handhold inspection terminal can be directly to the inspection information data uploaded to the background inspection management system, to achieve in-place control and defect information input standardization. In addition, you can also improve the standardization of fire equipment inspection and management level, to prevent the inspectors can not be scientific and accurate assessment of the phenomenon of monitoring.
Enterprise factory inspectors through the “one thing one tag” binding plant equipment with production date, manufacturer, repair, inspection, scrapping and other important information, will automatically issue a warning notice to remind the supervisor or inspector to arrange inspection work accordingly.
Scenario 1: fire equipment inspection
On the fire equipment inspection including inspection time, personnel in place, projects and other issues. In addition to the regular inspection time reminder, according to different fire equipment set up the corresponding inspection items, such as dry powder fire equipment, need to set the “appearance is intact”, “dry powder margin” And other inspection items. when the fire equipment is removed from the designated area, the system will automatically alarm, notify the plant responsible person control of fire disasters in time, to protect the safety of the plant.
Scenario 2: Dangerous source inspection
As the factory dangerous source can not be close, which added to the inspection work a lot of difficulty. With the rfid tags, everything would become easy. Inspectors take the hand-hold rfid reader, keep the distance from the dangerous area, just sweep the rfid tags, every information would pop out, after checking, just take a photo and upload to the system, all process finished.

RFID tag help enterprise inspection intelligent management
In the inspection management, the system will automatically send an alarm prompt, when something missed, not according to the standard action, the number of inspections is not enough. each inspection data will be automatically uploaded to the background management system. also through the system equipment can send applications for damage replacement, fault repair and other applications.
In addition, the enterprise management department according to the actual needs, through the system in a timely manner to develop or adjust the inspection plans, sampling, temporary security, and personnel inspection. This management help enterprises inspection and management work wisdom.

Afterword accidental opportunity, the boss of the water park talking to an access system engineer, and finally he laughed.

Let’s see what they are talking about:

Engineer: What’s kind of problems happened to your water park?

Boss: At the beginning, my water park attracted large quantity of guests to come. however, staffs need to check their tickets one by one, guests have to waiting for a long time to enter the water park. on the other hand, not every facility welcomed by everyone. we used individual ticket for each equipment. in this way, every visitor waste much time on queue up. some others saw such long line, give up directly. What’s worse, some visitors lost their valuables in large clouds, they will not come again any more. at the same time, they share this bad experience in their friends, families. I have to say this make me heavy losses.

Engineer: Only this problem? That’s a piece of cake!

Engineer laughed, the boss feels confused!

Boss: Not only this, after long time they finally come in the water park, another challenge they faced. where should they put on the storage key. As you know all valuable and clothing storage in the box, this is the key to access. It’s easy to lose it during playing in water or pool, if they always take care the key in hand, they couldn’t enjoy themselves. What’s more, the key would hurt themselves or others if clouded.

Engineer: Have you ever think use the Silicone RFID Wristband instead of the key, smooth, soft, flexible, wearable, waterproof, all your problems solved?

The boss was dubious about it and continued to say: we set up some shops in the water park, but is hard to sell out. People can not take their wallet together. if want to buy, have to go to the room open their storage, take money back to the shop then put the wallet back. our water park so big, nobody want to run a long way make such consumption. But this is safety hazard, not enough water might make people feel tired and fall in faint. As this happened last year, we even do not know who is him, no IDs, no phone, nobody knows. This was a big issue happened in our water park.

How many staffs you need? Actually no, or just one to monitor. How fast, 30 people per minutes I think.

More consumption: people no need pick out their pocket to buy something in your water park. Just wave their RFID Wristband, all money comes to your account. As they don’t actually see money leave pocket they will spend more.

Health advantage: once somebody fall in faint, you just read their RFID Wristband, you can get all information on seconds. make a call to their families and send to hospital, their families will thank you.

Less staff: you do not need to ask some staffs leave any more. you only need small quantity of staffs, they become experienced after year by year.

Data collection: you have the immediate insight into how foot traffics flow through the water park. you will get the form of what ages in the majority of your guests. at this time, do you have a blueprint how to draw an even bigger crowd? Also you have an idea when is the time to change some seldom visited equipment, and add more some welcomed facility.

Advertising: you do not need extra cost for your advertising. the RFID Wristband ticket print with your logo can be showed for everyone every place, it’s sounds nice, right? Before every summer coming, you can send some gifts to whom ever visited your water park, that’s would be a big surprise for them, isn’t it? After leave the bar, maybe a little hungry, let’s go to a buffet to get some delicious.
As the same as the bar, we should wear a RFID wristband as well, and choose the suitable area, such as $39 per person, or you prefer $45 per person, in this way, more clients are attracted to come since there are more choice for customers to choose from.

Sometimes we will feel not so good, have to see a doctor, you can see every patient wear a rfid wristband at in-patient department, there is only a number on the wristband instead of all personal information. You see, personal information protected so well, make sure the safety of patients. On the other hand, all state of an illness encoded in the wristband, doctors will not give a wring treatment or medication due to taking the wrong document. If you go to the maternity ward, you can see the first day baby come into the world wear a RFID wristband to connect to their mothers.

Walk out the hospital, we prefer to go some entertainment place–Amusement.
In the amusement, some games are not suitable for children because of height restrictions, but how to avoid measure one’s height before every game? Now a RFID wristband works. At the entrance, children’ tickets are different from adults, those tickets can not access to the reader of restricted games, also to distinct it from other obvious, can make it in different color, so you won’t worry about your kids skip into those restricted games now.

At this time, you may want to ask a question, why holders pay much to change equipment to RFID system, what’s they get is the most important thing–data, from the RFID system collected data, they can know clearly customer demographics, when and where they coming, so holders can invest more to attract more clients.
